Privacy Policy

ProTurf is a customer-relationship tool for ProTurf Property Management, operated by The Marketer For You (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email, phone number, and role, used to sign you in and identify your activity.
- Business records you enter: customer names, property addresses, service-visit notes, and photos you add to do your job. This is business data owned by ProTurf.
- Device push token: so we can send you lead and service notifications. You can turn these off anytime in the app’s Notifications settings or in iOS Settings.
- Basic device & usage data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
To run the CRM — managing leads, routes, and service visits — to send the notifications you’ve enabled, to keep accounts secure, and to improve the product. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run the app (e.g. hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Profile → Delete account inside the app. This removes your login and your personal settings (including your push token). Business records required for ProTurf’s operations or legal recordkeeping may be retained as permitted by law.
Security
Access is protected by authentication and, on supported devices, Face ID. We use industry-standard measures to safeguard your data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
ProTurf is a business tool not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
