Terms of Service

These terms govern ProTurf lawn care services provided by ProTurf Property Management, operated by The Marketer For You (“ProTurf,” “we,” “us”), and your use of the ProTurf app. By requesting a quote, starting service, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

A quote is the monthly price for the plan you choose, based on the lawn size we estimate for your property. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We confirm the price for free, on site, before any service begins, with no obligation. If the property details differ materially from our estimate (for example, the treated lawn area is larger than estimated), we will tell you and confirm an updated price before starting. A quote is not a contract and does not bind you to service.

Services and plans

Service plans include monthly treatment visits, weed and disease control, custom-blend fertilizer, and, depending on the plan, irrigation check-ups and inspections. Exact inclusions are listed in the plan you select. Plans are billed monthly. Results depend on factors outside our control, including weather, watering, mowing, soil, and pre-existing lawn conditions, so we do not guarantee specific outcomes, but we will work with you to address problem areas.

Free first inspection

Your first on-site inspection is free and carries no obligation. You are free to decline service after the inspection.

Payment and cancellation

Monthly plans are billed in advance each service period unless agreed otherwise in writing. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for a completed service period are non-refundable.

Communications

When you request a quote or become a customer, you agree that we may contact you about that quote and your service by email, phone, or text. You can opt out of non-essential follow-ups at any time by replying to any message and letting us know, or by contacting us using the details below.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProTurf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The ProTurf app

The app is provided for managing your account, viewing visit reports, and communicating with us. Do not misuse the app or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may update or suspend features to keep the service secure and working. Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Your app account

Customer app accounts are created with the email and billing ZIP code we have on file for your service, verified by a one-time code sent to that email. Keep your password private - you are responsible for activity under your account, and should tell us right away if you believe someone else has used it. Provide accurate information; we may suspend or remove an account to protect you, other customers, or the service. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account). Deleting the app account does not cancel your lawn service and does not erase service records we keep for business and legal purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use of our services or the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
